This phase 2 study evaluated the safety and efficacy of vimseltinib in patients with tenosynovial giant cell tumor not amenable to surgery, including both patients with and without prior treatment with anti-CSF1/CSF1R therapies. Key outcomes included antitumor activity, active range of motion, patient-reported outcomes, and safety.
