This publication reports long-term results from the phase 3 MOTION study of vimseltinib in patients with tenosynovial giant cell tumor not amenable to surgery, with >2 years of followup on study. Key outcomes included antitumor activity, clinical outcome assessments, and safety. Results showed robust and durable antitumor activity and long-term improvements in clinical outcome assessments, with a safety profile consistent with prior reports.
