Who We Are

Michelle DiNapoli is the Head of U.S. Commercial organization at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals. With more than 25 years of experience commercializing breakthrough therapies in the oncology landscape, Michelle is a seasoned biopharmaceutical leader with deep expertise in building, scaling, and leading high-performing commercial organizations.

Michelle began her seven year tenure at Deciphera leading the sales force build in preparation for Deciphera’s first commercial launch of Qinlock and advanced through expanding leadership positions overseeing Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Training and New Product Planning, playing a pivotal role in shaping commercial strategy, developing talent, and driving launch and executional excellence as the organization grew into a multi-product company.  

Prior to joining Deciphera, Michelle spent 16 years at Genentech where she held a range of leadership roles across multiple oncology therapeutic areas, including breast cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, and cancer immunotherapy. This broad experience across diverse tumor types and oncology markets provided a strong foundation in organizational build-out, launch excellence, market development, lifecycle strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and customer engagement.

Throughout her career, Michelle has demonstrated a consistent track record of building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a positive culture of accountability and collaboration, successfully driving brand growth to realize shareholder value and bringing innovative therapies to patients in need.  

Michelle holds a BA from Boston College and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
