Maria Ostrovsky

Maria Ostrovsky is Senior Vice President and the General Counsel of Deciphera Pharmaceuticals. Ms. Ostrovsky joined Deciphera in 2019 as Chief Compliance Officer and has approximately 20 years of legal experience. Prior to joining Deciphera, she served in legal and compliance positions of increasing seniority at TESARO (purchased by GlaxoSmithKline) and earlier at Millenium: The Takeda Oncology Company. Ms. Ostrovsky has been a strategic contributor to development teams and brand teams across multiple US and global oncology launches. She is a trusted partner to functional leaders, and she has built and maintained solution-oriented compliance programs that achieve corporate objectives while adhering to applicable law. Earlier in her career she held positions at the law firms of Cleary Gottlieb and Cooley. Ms. Ostrovsky received a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Middlebury College.
