Who We Are

Jennifer Strong is the Head of Technical Operations at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals. She brings extensive experience from the biotechnology industry, where she has demonstrated exceptional leadership in Technical Operations and Supply Chain management. 

Jen has established herself as a strong leader with a broad background in both Commercial and Clinical Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing, and Program Management. Notably, she successfully led the commercial supply launches for both Qinlock and Romvimza. Under her guidance, product availability for patients was achieved within one week of regulatory approval, highlighting her effectiveness in operational execution. 

Before joining Deciphera, she held a variety of roles that contributed to operational excellence, quality assurance, and compliance across internal teams and external partners. Her experience includes working with Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), further strengthening her expertise in building collaborative networks and ensuring operational efficiency.  

Jennifer holds a BS in Veterinary Technology, Minor in Microbiology from Quinnipiac University.
