Who We Are

Annah Litzenberger is Chief Human Resources Officer of Deciphera Pharmaceuticals. She brings more than 20 years of experience leading HR strategy across biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and financial services organizations. Annah is responsible for leading Deciphera’s global people strategy, including talent, culture, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness to support the company’s continued growth and integration as part of Ono Pharma. Prior to joining Deciphera, Annah served as SVP, CHRO at Fosun Pharma USA. Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Xilio Therapeutics, GSK, and TESARO during periods of significant growth and integration. Before entering the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry, she spent more than 15 years at Santander Bank in a range of HR leadership roles, most recently serving as SVP, Head of Learning and Organizational Development. Annah holds a BS in Criminal Justice with minors in Psychology and Political Science from Kutztown University and is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP).
