Chronic graft versus host disease (cGVHD) affects 30-50% of allogenic hematopoietic cell transplant recipients, with a U.S. prevalence of ~14,000.1,2 There is a significant unmet medical need in steroid refractory patients, which affects ~50% of patients with cGVHD, and a movement toward combination therapy.3,4 The CSF1R signaling pathway plays a crucial role in cGVHD, as CSF1R inhibition was clinically validated in a Phase 3 study with an anti-CSF1R antibody.5
