Deciphera has developed inhibitors of cMET kinase for the treatment of a variety of solid tumors. cMET kinase is overexpressed and/or activated in a widespread number of human solid tumors. Overactivity of cMET increases tumor cell proliferation, survival, motility, and invasiveness. DP-3590 is an orally active and selective cMET inhibitor which spares the kinome including nearest neighbor kinases RON and AXL.
