Deciphera Pharmaceuticals was established in 2003 as a drug discovery and development company. Our mission is to design, optimize and introduce "best-in-class" small molecule switch pocket inhibitors of protein kinases for human clinical trials and the global pharmaceutical marketplace. Deciphera uses its proprietary technology platform, Phylomechanics, to optimize the drug discovery process.
